Stopped in to rent a vehicle to go on vacation. The people who waited on me were very pleasant, took the time to answer all my questions and I had a lot of them !!! I would definitely rent a car from them again !!
My car rental with Enterprise was very professional and the employees that helped me did a excellent job. I will use them again when I am looking to rent a vehicle.
100% Poor service. I made a reservation two days in advance and on the pick up day, they didn’t call me and when I reached the office, they just cheated me saying that they didn’t have any cars. I had to cancel all my plans to Chicago for that weekend and the guy didn’t keep up with his promise as he didn’t call me back the next day morning to let me know if there were any cars available. I never expected this from Enterprise, maybe this is because they have really poor and insane workers. I have all the proofs to furnish if someone needs to know if my review was a geniuine one. They didn’t even try to contact other locations to get me going. Such a pain! I have reported this twice to Enterprise, but no action taken. It feels really bad to see one of the trust worthy rental car dealers hiring some inefficient workforce. I do have the person’s contact details whom I talked with in case Enterprise is really interested to take action on this incident.
That little zipped us through town easy as could be. Loved that we could drop it off at a different spot. Made our trip so easy. Thanks for that convenience.
We arrived at 1620 on 6/22 to pick up our rental and didn't pull off the lot until 1715. There were 6-8 people waiting to drop off/pick up the entire time we were there. There was only 1 person checking people in/out when we arrived. After about 10 minutes another person came to assist him. These two worked very hard to try to get everyone taken care of, but it would have been nice if the manager (or whoever was sitting in the office behind them staring at his cell phone the whole time) would have helped. He also promptly left for the day at 1700, leaving the two employees with a lobby full of people still.
