This has been a running theme at Maplewood Lowes by my experience. Others don’t seem nearly as bad, maybe they have bad management.

Lowe's should inform their drivers not to park where there's no parking allowed you often see big trucks park on Quiktrip parking lot but on the side of Quiktrip building or near the pumps. This happened at the Quiktrip down the street from Lowe's on S.Hanley Rd

Reggie Lovejoy in the appliance department is the consummate professional. We now exclusively buy our appliances from Lowe's and it's all because of Reggie. He knows his products and listens to what we are looking for before he recommends a specific product. In the past 24 months we have purchased a new clothes washer, dryer, dishwasher and most recently a refrigerator.
Even less sales associates then I remember, but I was finally able to get help, and the person was reasonably knowledgeable about where to find a similar product. The product I was looking for wasn't where the app said it would be ( Grow and learn hammer at the end cap between isles 54 and 56)
This was the most ridiculous process I have been a part of in a long time. Something that was supposed to save me time and allow me to be more efficient ended up taking longer and was frustrated by inept or careless employees. I still don’t have the items.
I went in to look at tile. The one and only person that could help me was off. It's my second trip there the first time I just looked on my own. Couldn't they hire two people to handle tile? Very disappointed.
Normally I’m a pretty laid back guy, but this was frustrating. Trying to be efficient I ordered a number of small items (mostly in the paint section) for my job. My plan was to pick them up after work get some exercise and then return to work to do what I needed to do with them. I ordered at noon, but when I came by around four they weren't ready for pick up. I said,”how about I go exercise for an hour then pick them up on my way back?” No problem said the customer service rep. When I returned it was still not ready. I asked if can just grab them myself (they are 30 feet away from me) they said I couldn’t, an associate had to get it. I asked how long it would take them to get it, they said they didn’t know, but suggested I sit down for a while or go shopping (not for the things I already bought). I asked if I could just cancel it and grab what I needed, and they said it might take weeks to get my money back on my card.
